Staying in Caorle

Fair Caorle lies within an extremely fertile area, enclosed by two rivers and facing the Adriatic, in the province of Venice and thus not too far from this beautiful city of art. It is also located near two other beautiful tourist resorts, Eraclea and Bibione.
Populated during the summer, Caorle is able to offer surprises even in the cold season. It spreads silently in the hinterland, showing unimagined aspects to the tourists eager to discover. Many the excursions being organized, allowing to know a decidedly different Caorle.
Not less attractive is the horizon facing the sea. Clear and calm, it seems almost guarded by the beautiful
beach facilities that provide security to tourists, but also some fun.
What to do and see in Caorle
You can rent chairs and umbrellas, relax in the refreshment stands, participate in the many tournaments that are held weekly, or simply indulge in peaceful walks along the coast, taking advantage perhaps to make new acquaintances into the bargain of your vacation. The hotels, all close to the shore, meet the most demanding needs of tourists.
Hotels can accommodate every pocket, and can be more or less elegant and refined, basing on personal needs. Do not fear, however, because you will find in both cases a warm welcome and hospitality. It is possible to book with some days' notice by phone or via the web. It is next to impossible nowadays to find a structure that has no website, where you can keep track of interesting last minute offers that never cease to be offered to tourists and which are certainly interesting and convenient.
We recommend visiting the old town, its picturesque colourful houses neatly distributed among the lanes and little squares. Of the channels that once went through the centre, making it very similar to the nearby Venice, very little remains today. Many were in fact filled in for different reasons. Worth a visit is also the lagoon of Caorle, which we recommend. Loved by the famous writer Ernest Hemingway as well, it offers a thriving and untamed nature.
It can be visited by boats organizing interesting excursions. Noteworthy are the beautiful casoni, mansions once owned by fishermen, now relics of a traditional culture never forgotten.
